We need 3 KVM VPS with these below configuration,
KVM VPS
4 core each core =3.2 GHZ
4 GB Ram
150 GB SSd
1 GBPS port
KVM VPS
6 core each core =3.2 GHZ
8 GB Ram
250GB SSd
1 GBPS port
Kindly suggest only companies who Provide 24/7 technical support in case of hardware failure or any issue , managed services + DDOS protection .

I have normal budget dear searching for good kvm vps provider who provide 24 hours support as well.

Disk is higher than most providers will bundle with that much RAM (for pre-defined packages and SSD disks).
Pretty much all VPS nodes will have a 1 GBPS port at minimum (although some may limit the speed to your VPS), how much monthly transfer do you need?

Considering the resources you need, why not get a dedicated server and provision your own VPS's?

Dear Dedicated server licenses are very costly and some other license
Cpanel dedicated server cost 35 USD.
Cpanel VPs Licnes 10 to 14 USD.
That's the main reason of seraching good vps provider

Yes, however if you order a dedicated server with the resources you need, you can then create the VPS's and order cPanel VPS licences for your VPS's.
You will end up with the same setup you are asking for, but will probably cheaper to order 1 dedicated server and create your own VPS's vs 3 VPS's with the high specs your asking for.

Dear I don't know very much about virtualization how to do, how to create vps?
& what will be the cost of that server in which I can easily create 3 vps.
