Please rate them based on their support and response times ...
I don't intend to run any real websites on the reseller account but mostly for testing/development phase , however, in case if i do decide to host a real website later on , there shouldn't be any problems with optimizing the site for search engines... (blacklisted ip's or other factors that might affect the site's rankings on google or other search engines)...
If you have any more suggestions, other than these hosts, please feel free to share them.
Please keep in mind I'm looking for a host in a similar price range.

It's always better to get defined dedicated resources than "unlimited" that is it "unlimited until you use too much then we cut you off".
