Hi Its almost 6 years I have been with them, and they are in web-hosting business for almost a decade I assume their support is good and their servers are good. But this time its different I have a problem and I have opened a ticket. I will update this review when my problem has been solved...

6 years is a long time, if they're able to keep you satisfied all those years, most likely they would be able to solve this one as well.

This review looks more like an attempt to manipulate a host to avoid a negative review... Unless there is something I missed. In which case, I apologize in advance.

I'd have to agree with you.. As for OP. Please let us know the problem and at least rate their support , costs and service from a 1-10.. Exactly how many web sites do you have hosted with them and are there any issues that have occurred during the time you've been hosted with them?
