Hi Guys, I'm currently looking to resell VPS Servers (if possible). Can anyone recommend any services that offer this for a reasonable price? I'm also looking for one with good support. Thanks!

Hi, what is the preferred location(s) of vps and do you need api based reselling vps plans?

There are many with API based VPS reselling. You can look into those. Alternative can be a reliable dedicated server where you own the clients directly.

Whats your monthly budget in start ?

We are from the UK so we would prefer UK based VPS and yes we need an api based reselling VPS from what I understand. We basically want to be able to deploy through our WHMCS system.

Right now we're just looking at options so right now money is no option but as cheap as we can go for a quality service would be great.

If the OP does go with a dedicated server, he has to make sure that the server is secured etc etc. Outwaved, Do you know how to manage a server?

I have a member of staff who does yes.

If you do know to manage a dedicated server then go a head and buy a dedicated server for yourself and create VPS's on it. That way you can have full control on your VPS. You may suffer some loss initially due to all your vps not being sold, but in the long run its always preferred to have your VPS's on a dedicated server which is fully under your control. Note - If you decide to go with a VPS reseller and not buying a dedicated server & setup your VPS yourself. -Make sure it's Virtualized using XEN | Big NO for Openvz. [usually overloaded] -Check companies support structure before you decide go a head with them.

Is there anyone you can personally recommend for a VPS Reseller?

Posted by Crypracks, 07-16-2014, 05:57 PM
I wouldn't be able to suggest you a host in certain since we have never availed any VPS Reselling services. We use Dedicated servers to form VPS not resell. Most of the people commenting here are hosts themselves but are not allowed to make a proposal. Its better you talk to a couple of hosts in person to understand how a VPS reselling works. You cant check out the offers section if budget is an issue. Best option would be to contact hosts on Live chat and let them know your issue. Am sure, there would be many to help you out.

What is with people still have that struck in their heads? ANY vituralization software CAN and INDEED been oversold, even if you can't overcommit RAM, you can still oversell with other resources. Disk space, Bandwidth, CPU time, and disk I/O are other ways you can oversell your VPS services.

Yes it can be oversold but its usually using Openvz what i meant. Hosts should never oversell there VPS even though he has to pass that extra cost to client. Price is not what gets client to stick with your host, Its the service/support you provide.

Exactly right on , and any hosting service for that matters.

You should buy a dedicated server and use it to create virtual servers.

I think you can use the VPS with the Cpanel in the start for reselling. You can manage your users account by the whm admin panel using the You can create and manage cpanel account of your clients. Many webhosting provider provide yoy vps hosting also.
