I am freelancer web developer have some client most of them come with just ideas in their head and frankly also with my fee. Then i have to buy domain name hosting etc. So i think its time to make some extra money by being reseller, but big problem is that i have no idea about how reseller account work. My criteria is
1. Domain name
2. Web Hosting
3. Whois Guard
4. Dedicated IP
5. SSL certificate ( not very much required right now )
So from which hosting company i can buy reseller account with all of this facilities. if they provide WHMCS for free than its much appreciated. Experts and all please help me with this.

Cpanel to make your life easier is about £9 a month
I have this set up as a testbed for me and re sell the cpanel hosting to help pay for it
For SSL certs
Could pay for one
Or just go with a free one from

"WHMCS for free" - It is hard to get - since licence do cost money.
You can start also without a billing system, And when you will have some clients, buy a billing system.
