if you google "so you start" you'll find their best packages.
i'm paying £30 a month for a dedicated server with 16ip's and 4tb of storage.
can easily install esxi on it and run a few vm's or install cpanel and run that yourself
running cpanel as a vm is cheaper than on a dedicated server.
I think cpanel is about £11 / month

If you'd just like the ability to create packages with unlimited bandwidth, this is possible even on packages with set limits - you'd need to ask potential providers about this directly.
