Low Cost Reseller suggestions

Posted by Programmer_Developer, 07-08-2014, 04:07 AM
Looking for some reseller hosting recommendations mainly for hosting under development sites on separate cpanel accounts. No major Disk space or bandwidth requirements but host should have been in business for a few years, have a reasonable uptime, and have a reasonable response time if any issues arise. Budget - $5 and under.

I would say check Offers Section on WHT, for sure you will find a suitable deal for your requirements and the budget described above.

What would be the amount of resources you need and what would be the location? $5 may not be sufficient for a quality reseller.

HI $5 would not get you a reseller account! I recommend looking at $15+ for a very basic account

I agree with all, $5 for reseller account is not good, even you cannot get the quality shared hosting. So increase your budget and go for big company.

Most importantly, you need to opt for a host that provides 24/7 support. The Support Team should be readily available round the clock. You might find a small host that will provide you a reseller for $5 USD. However, the service won't be good, uptime would be poor and access to your space would be limited. There would be endless restrictions which will compel you to upgrade to a higher plan with them. Hence, I'd recommend you to raise your budget and opt for a reputable hosting provider.

You could try hudsonvalleyhost there smaller plan come around 5,95

5 will not fetch you anything but problems for sure. Be realistic always when you claim something.

I already have a reseller account with one of the top hosting companies and I pay a premium price for that service, however i've figured out that I don't need to pay this much based on my requirements. I'm not going to be hosting anything mission critical or anything that needs large disk or bandwidth, so i'm after a value for money reseller package with a host that has some kind of decent and proven track record based upon my requirements.

Check out crocweb, they are just over your budget but I'm sure if you do some searching you will find a coupon which will bring the price down to your budget.

There are some companies which offer reseller hosting at $5, but I will not advice to go with them.

I think as long as your requirements are realistic you'll be able to find something at/near your budget. Jonesolutions.com has been around a long time and does have a small package for $6/mo (+ the owner is very active here - and knows his stuff ).

1 for Jonesolutions we have a few VPS packages with them and they are very good and they are just around your budget.

I have not come across any reseller plans for $5. Shared plans yes, but not reseller.

Hudson is one of the $5.95 reseller plan I found. Never use them before. Bt as what I observe. They are the tier 1 service provider... server wise read review is not bad and support wise is 5/10 as other review. Other then hudson. Skynethosting also have 5.95 plan. Bt probably marketing strategy. They only show on website bt don have stock one...

This is a service Industry & support matters! Don't make a situation where in you come over here to search again!

5? Your a programmer or developer right? What services would you provide if a client said they had a $5 budget! Sometimes it's hard to believe what you read. Then people wonder why they have problems. You get what you pay for in most cases.

5 or under would get you a reliable shared hosting environment. Requesting for a reseller account in that cost is just too steep.

I would recommend you please check Offers Section on WHT, You find the reseller hosting companies as regarding to your budget.
