yes doteasy, restrict my website from public access, save server resources.

Maybe your provider set the permission of your public_html to 000 via chmod to prevent over bandwidth usage.

Maybe you are exceeding your allotted resource. Its time for you to upgrade to a VPS or a server.

I believe that would be the best reliable solution solving your current issue. Make sure to take Backups just in case, and start find a good VPS Deal instead. Good Luck,

Looks like they are suspended? Do you got any backups by any chance? If not, try asking them to provide you with your entire account's full backup file so you can move on to another web host.

What are the exact specs of your package? Is it unlimited disk/bandwidth? If so, how many add-on domain names do you currently have under your single cPanel account. Also, what are your combined site stats looking like.

What are the exact specs of your package? unlimited package Disk Space Usage 3.98 GB / ∞ Monthly Bandwidth Transfer 13.64 GB / ∞ Email Accounts 7 / ∞ Subdomains 8 / ∞ Parked Domains 0 / ∞ Addon Domains 8 / ∞ FTP Accounts 8 / ∞ All SQL Databases 10 / ∞ MySQL Databases 10 MySQL Disk Space 21.05 MB Hosting package unlimited

Do they inform you that account is suspended because you use too much bandwidth. Do they ask you to upgrade? 13.64 GB bandwidth is not huge usage at all. IMO such usage should be ok on shared hosting.

After blocking all my websites they generate ticket.

Was the suspension due to CPU usage or bandwidth? It's hard to believe that 13GB would be a problem.

due to using excessive resources, consistently they push to sell me some other plan like "Unlimited Hosting SSD or our Cloud Hosting plans"

Unfortunately, hosts are restricting resources more and more per account. If you host more than 1 dynamic site on a shared package this outcome is always a possibility. Were your sites dynamic (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)? With that said, some hosts are more lenient than others - you might want to try going with a mid-size host vs. the huge ones.

This is a reason to stay away from the huge hosts
