supportsages review

Posted by sharmaine1111, 05-16-2009, 01:43 AM
i am currently a supportsages client and I must say they really are truly working 24/7. when my server goes down, they send me an email notification and if they dont hear response from me they will go ahead and fix the problem. Its so nice to know that i can sleep very well at night because someone manages my servers 24/7! I am really happy and satisfied.

Thank you Glad that you liked our service so far. I hope you are enjoying the view of your servers through nagios. I believe no other server management company provide you access to nagios. I promise to make sure that your review will remain the same or better over the months to come. PS: By providing our review here @ WHT, you forced us to provide uncompromising quality ever

Thats great to hear a positive review. but providing clients with nagios access is no big deal as usually thats our job to take care of servers and make sure they are up all the time.

well its a big deal for me. because sometimes a management cannot detect a downtime and they will insist to clients that they do not receive notification from nagios. by providing nagios access to clients, everything will be transparent. In as much as i dont want to doubt, this happened to me before, a lot of downtime was not detected by previous management company. they kept blaming nagios for it. that is why im happy that supportsages agreed to give me access to nagios. This way i can really see if its nagios fault or not.

there are always pros and cons for any web host company. No one is perfect.
