| Posted by TorstenD, 05-20-2009, 01:24 PM | | Hi, we are currently with a company called RemSys. As far as I can tell they pretty much offer the same kind of services like PSM but they charge about 3 times more. Does anyone have any idea how both companies compare?

| Posted by xeno007, 05-20-2009, 08:55 PM | | PSM are wonderful, too bad I cannot use them (payment problem) but I had the honor to use their service for a full month. After them (I had to leave, couldn't pay the service, CVV problem) I used several management companies. None like PSM.
I would give my leg and 1 finger of my left hand to be able to use them again, jk )
Btw, still looking a way to get back with them (if I manage to fix my card, I wouldn't doubt for a second, they are probably the best and most professional).

The difference between RemSys and PSM is while PSM does a good job at what they do, they specialize in just cPanel servers. RemSys covers much more than just cPanel, even Cisco switch and router issues.
They can dig much deeper into any issues and are more flexible to be able to address a varying array of problems and situations.
This is based on experience with both companies.
