Your budget isn't big enough for those kind of requirements, you're definitely going to have to increase it.

You will need to raise your budget if you want reliable service. Also, unlimited bandwidth does not exist. For three dollars, you may as well get some coffee.

You won't find a reliable reseller provider with your current budget, you need to raise it and look for discount coupons in the reseller offers section. As stated by other, unlimited bandwidth does not exist!

With a budget of close to $3/mo you're going to be forced to take what you can get, very little choice in specifications or providers will be available. There are actually a couple of longstanding providers with $5-$6/mo plans (JoneSolutions.com comes to mind) but you probably won't find a package with 20GB disk space.

A $3/month host which offers as much resources as you mention, is definitely overselling and if you even use that much resources, your account would likely be in violation of some clause in their ToS. Even if it is not, they would still find some way to get you off their servers. I would suggest you settle for a more reliable provider that has a lesser resource allocation and upgrade your package as your budget increases.

Most providers can send "unlimited" bandwidth your way, the bottom fell out of bw pricing a long time ago and almost everyone has a lot of excess capacity. In short bw isn't much of a cost factor in the industry like it was, not like power is. You need to move your budget up to at least $10 for WHT. But I would recommend you shot a little north of that.

3/month might be too low a budget for a reseller account with unlimited bandwidth. You may be able to get shared hosting account with that budget but a reseller plan with cPanel/WHM might be tough.

would cloud server be an option for you? if so, there are cloud providers out there with unlimited bandwidth plans but may not provide cPanel/WHM.

Hello, Jixhost.com, Clues.RO, NetYep.com give the un-metered bandwidth on their reseller plan but your budget is low.. also I'm not using any one of them, So I can't say about their service and support.

For $3 you'd be lucky you find a shared hosting account with those resources. You should really consider adding to your budget you'll then possibly be able to find more of a reliable service.

Do you have an account with them?

3 for a 20gb reseller with unlimited bw...I think thats a pyramid, meaning once their server is full and do not collect sufficient revenue for the following months server payment...poof.
