Posted by Eased, 03-28-2009, 12:05 PM
Do NOT use them! There is no-body home! Ive been fighting to get a response since August 31, 2008!! Screenshot: http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/6683/seeksadmin.jpg Last response from the ticket @ the top is: In the ticket I opened in 911 this is the response I got: Cant even spell my name right, and its been a LONG time, maybe he meant Monday next year? Bottom line is im out $100 and they just suck.

Wait!! A sign of life... Ill let you know when/if I get the refund.

I can't tell from the screenshots, but did they attempt to resolve your issues or was it plain no-response / ignored tickets? Regards

Congrats on getting back your money

I remember having an account with them back in 2007, they were decent back then, not sure about now. But looking at this thread makes me sad if their service has slipped down that low to not responding to tickets.

Hope, you will be refunded soon.

Got the refund. This puts my issue at rest, but I won't ever be using them again.

I use seeksadmin for 2 servers. They respond pretty quick to my requests. Faster than the support at my data center.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with seeksadmin.

Wow that's shocking. I used SeeksAdmin before and they never did that to me (of course that was last year). Hope your next managment company (if any) will be better experience for you.

It's really odd there are equally the same amount of good and bad reviews, We had considered them but after reading it was too hit or miss we only wanted something per event for customer servers.

I have been with them for a few years now. They have fixed all my problems in reasonable time. I have noticed that they have been a little slower to answer my tickets lately, sometimes not within the agreed timelimit, but on the average I am quite pleased with them.

I see Tier 2 accounts replying to one of your queries. That might indicate that they want to confirm something or whatever. Generally Tier 2 Billing means it will take some time to get a reply and its not a standard issue anymore which most host will resolve within few hours....

i hear some good reviews about them.. bad situation, try to get refund..

Wow, that's just horrific support and service there. If you're using paypal, you CAN cancel the subscription yourself, you know. If not, then call your bank, show them that screenshot, I'm sure you'll get a hefty refund, and they'll end up paying some hefty card fees.

It would have been nice to hear the other side of the story from seeksadmin representative here.. But I guess the other story does not exist ?

Karl, I do apologize for the issues you've had in trying to start this service with us. From the notes I have here on your account it looks like you have been refunded. If not contact me directly - steven - at - seeksadmin.com or 877.397.7335 x100 and I'll take care of you right away. I have been out for a bit with quite some illness and our billing team has been overwhelmed. Support is up to par as usual. Our billing team is piling through the pending issues now and will have all of them resolved shortly. Once again Karl, we'd like to wish you all the best and apologize for the issues you've had. Kind Regards.
