I've read in several threads about MDDHosting, and they were all positive (I actually didn't even read any negative threads about them). I decided the best thing for my business was to move. I am currently paying about 3X as much as I was, but I have something that I haven't had in awhile: peace of mind.
MDDHosting migrated my accounts within 24 hours, and while there were some hiccups, each and every ticket I opened was attended to, usually within minutes. After the normal period of time for propagation to occur, I had all the issues resolved, and I can't express how pleased I am with the service so far, both from a customer service standpoint and from the server.
While this is still early in my relationship with this company, I have the sense of security that I made a good choice (based on reviews here, thanks WHT members!) and I hope this referral serves others. I look forward to a long term with this company. As with my previous hosting, should things change for the worse, I'll voice it here.
