Recommend a good reseller host with real 99.9% uptime

Can you please help me find a reseller host that really has 99.9% uptime? Preferably cheaper then bigscoots. I don't need a free clientexec or whmcs. Thanks

What are your exact requirements such as location, disk space, bandwidth, etc.

What is your actual budget?

If you are after for 99.9% up time, then remove the "cheaper" in your search :-) Are you currently with bigscoots?

Something similar with bigscoots Well the "cheaper" there is just to gauge if there's a host better than bigscoots with lesser price.. if not then i will go with bigscoots. After all, surveying is not at all bad I'm with several hosts. I am more comfortable maintaining several reseller accounts. I don't really have solid unix background so it's hard for me to get a vps/dedi. Even with full management, the management part there is reactive rather than proactive. Though i tried getting one managed VPS from GVH to try if i can get the hang of it. Last edited by emsjs; 03-03-2014 at 05:32 AM.

Hi, As you required the up time, I'll advice consider a Managed VPS from a good company or avoid cheaper reseller plans.

My problem is security. Unlike reseller hosts, their servers are surely secured very well.

Firstly Decide your initial requirement. Look for the hosts that meets your requirement. Check the services they offer, security measures they have, there are many hosts out there. Take your time and choose the best one..

Just remember you get what you pay for, I just checked out bigscoots and for what they offer I would say that's a pretty reasonable price

emsjs, just be sure to compare apples with apples during your search. For example, some providers do not allow you to oversell your disk space and data transfer, this stops you from being able to efficiently use the resources provided to you and can easily make a 30GB account a better value than a 100GB account.

Hello there! -- I would just like to clarify that depending on the relationship you would like to have with us, in many cases our management is very much proactive in our VPS environments -- if you'd like to stop by for a chat I'd be happy to get you some additional information on that. I wont comment on GVH's management as I am not familiar with it, however I don't believe we are offering the same services. Best of luck finding a host!
