Reputed Resellers with end user support

We're a programming/development shop looking to offer hsting to our programming clients as well as others...
So, just looking for some recommendations for reputed resellers with end user support.
Possibly if you know something like a vps or an affordable dedicated server that comes with end user support , please let me know in that case as well although I'm creating a separate thread for it...
Additionally, if someone could help answering some concerns/questions regarding starting a hosting business, that would be great..

This is because the number of accounts hosted is typically much higher and because a VPS/Dedicated can be customised, any outsourcing company would need to become familiar with the environment and any user mistakes made on a root level can have significant support implications.
With a reseller, it's different since the company you're buying the reseller from is hopefully already managing things well, has a universal set up which all techs are familiar with and by ensuring things are working from the get go, it reduces the number of end user tickets.
Another option would be to team up with a reputable host and use their affiliate program instead. So you don't have to be concerned with the day to day running of the business.

Seems like you have limited budget and looking for affordable reseller plan or managed dedicated server ? If so ,i would suggest to try 2-3 affordable providers for one month and based on experience ,choose better from bests .Almost all have money back guarantee and if you have legit reason for that,i think every reputed provider refund 100% .
First create list of top 5 hosting providers as per your requirements,clarify all queries and try your luck on best 2 and after one month ,leave anyone.In worst situation,you won't get refund yet it would really help you to choose best provider as per your mind
