Hey all, Looking for some reviews of this data host. Im currently considering a co location plan with them and thus far i can only find 1 + review, and 3- reviews via searches here on the forum, and good searches. I honestly hope that the price (very cheep) for the co location plan is backed up by some good quality service! If you have bought either co-location service, or managed server service from them.. can you please post your experience with them?

Bump. Anyone... any thoughts?

Those packages are pretty cheap for what they offer. If you've found 3 negative reviews, I think you should try looking into other providers, and perhaps raise your budget so you can go with one that has numerous positive reviews, as that usually means they're not cheap and offer a good service.

I'm not sure such cheap bandwidth is possible, without overselling. 100 mbit - $400? The lowest price I've every checked was around $6/mbit with 1 Gbit commit...

If I remember right a Robert G is the one who started directspace, kind of ironic a Robbie G is asking about them....

Hey, I currently have some services with them, and well the services are great. Pings are stable, ect. There are just some improvements they need to make. Throughout the about 4-6 support tickets I have made in the past, it takes them ATLEAST 24 hours to respond. Even for support. Sometimes it takes over 2 days. Second thing is, for some of the servers, and the server I have, they say it is on a 1GBIT connection (port speed). I have tested and tested this with many various dedicated servers around the world and the most I really got out of it was 100-110mbit. Though it is really easy to hit that 100mbit all the time seeing how I believe its dedicated and not shared, I'm content. Overall I give them the rating below; Network: 9/10 Support: 5/10 Server: 10/10 Regards, TomBoy123

Hey tomboy, Thanks for the information! I have two sales tickets w/ them asking about information on there plans. Apparently they do NOT want my $, for they keep closing the tickets and NOT responding to the question. Almost saying.. I could care less about you and your pesky little server colocation needs.

Hey, Heh, yep. The network they have is amazing though. Thats why I am still with them. No slowdowns, rock solid ping. Just perfect. But support reply time is so bad. The average wait time for a reply is now around, 2 days. Average! 2 days for a reply, its horrible. And on top of that, thats on weekdays. Getting a reply on weekends is like winning Lotto 649. Be ye, all and all, network is amazing. If you want to go with this company, make sure you can do everything yourself and you will NOT need support from them. For example, locking yourself out ect ect. If you go that way, you will not be disappointed. Cya, TomBoy123

I've been with them for 4 months now, and support hasn't been much of a problem with me, I don't remember having long waits and the network is A+, speeds are always good and the techs are friendly. I'm thinking about getting another server with them soon. Alan B.
