Platinum Server Management

I have been managing networks of Windows PCs of 50,000+ for many years. I have worked with Linux off and on, but only with very simple commands. As I recently just purchased a dedicated server from FDC, I was on my own, and messed up quite a few times. I think I should have a template for asking FDC to rebuild my server lol. I read through WHT and noticed PSM and the great reviews. I took the plunge today, and WOW! I opened 3 tickets. 1. Harden my server 2. SSL Question 3. Backup Question I received answers and the work was completed in a few hours. I know this is not enough to write a full review, but WOW, it looks like I found the right place.

You have found the right place for support. I have also been using their support for many of my servers and it was the best choice I made.
