123systems - Not Responding Support Tickets Properly

I've 123systems reseller account but I've having problem with the domain hosted at my accounts. Hosting accounts are not working since 27/11/2013. Only one hosting account is working, all others are inaccessible. I generated support ticket providing full detail of problem but they respond very very very late and their response is also unclear and incomplete. First ticket 123-B8C5J-RCF generated on 27/11/2013 02:27 Second ticket 123-A6P2V-TXE generated on 29/11/2013 20:38 but ticket no. 123-B8C5J-RCF is closed without any solution or assigning any reason and second ticket status is set to "In Progress" and last answer received on 05/12/2013 and no further action taken till yet. I want to confirm are they planning to close their business???

I doubt that's the case. Did they give you any information about why your other domains are down? It's strange one domain does work, as it doesn't imply a system-wide issue. You could try sending them a PM here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=313272

According to them, they are shifting to some new upgraded hardware and I have been provided new nameservers & IPs. I changed them accordingly. uitsolution.com is a base domain which is working Other websites which were hosted through my reseller account in previous servers listed as below: rtclesco.com superiorlinksintl.com clickfurnitures.co.uk are not showing in my current WHM account. Currently I managed to shift domains to some other hosting service but 123systems.net is still not showing the accounts with above domain names.
