Recommended Hosted exchange provider in EU

Hi guys and girls I am looking for a good and affordable provider of hosted exchange in EU. This is for my personal use, as I am getting tired of having 3 PC's + my cell with Windows Mobile on totally out of sync when it comes to mail. Thanks in advance! T
