Virtual Hands for Amazon EC2

I need a company that can prepare the environment for my website on Amazon EC2 and take care of it. I already spoke with people at RightScale and they told me that I am going to need a company who understands site administration, because some of their things are based on codes, etc. Do you know a company that understands very well amazon ec2? I need all the help here folks

You might probably want to hire a dedicated admin for this kind of thing, which can cost quite a bit, but don't expect that admin to do more than managing the EC2 instances you have and keeping them updated.
