Been with EZSM for the last year, and to be honest I am disappointed, the level of competence has gone down since they were taken over.

They are not cheap, according to what the WHT *average* visitor asks for.
I've been testing several server management services for a personal research, and found out that EZSM replies to any urgent tickets within 15-60 minutes. Some more advanced issues (like a kernel upgrade causing some troubles) can take 2 days or more.
And if I go cheaper (TouchSupport, PSM, Acunett, etc), the initial replies could take a lot more time. Between 1-24 hours.
And all of this for this interesting question: how much would you pay if you need/want 5-to-15 minutes response times, 24x7x365 consistently, upon any support request?
Even more, is there really a company providing such level of service, no matter the price?
