I need some questions answered like how do I give them the subscription they paid for? How do they receive the domain and how do I make it? Thanks a lot if you can help.

WHMCS already has built in modules that let you link cPanel servers to automatically set up accounts as they are paid for by your customers.
As for domains, you can also integrate particular registrars into WHMCS such as Enom, ResellerClub, Stargate, etc. You will need a domain reseller account in order to provide domain registration for your clients.

Alternatively, you can setup accounts manually via WHM. Most web-hosting providers would go for the former as it allows for instantaneous setup.
Domain creation can also be integrated with WHMCS. For this, you would need to create a domain reseller account at any of the registrars. NetEarthOne and ENOM are amongst some of the more popular ones. Do take note you need to deposit money into the domain reseller account first before domains can be created. It would be wise to research on the benefits and cons of each domain registrar before signing up with any. If I recall correctly, ENOM has a $100 minimum deposit fee whereas NEO's is set much lower.
