I am planning to start a web hosting business in India.Now I am looking preferably for a UK/European reliable host which will allow me to sell both Windows/Linux Accounts with the same plan.I did find one such offer at heartinternet.co.uk but they dont allow people in India to purchase.Most companies as I have noticed only allow to sell either linux or windows and not both.
In addition,I would also require WHMCS bundled.
Kindly help me out.

You could also try Asia, Hong Kong, South Korea or Singapore.
There are plenty out there.
Internetbrothers.co.kr in Korea had some reseller plans but I am not sure where the information is now .You could contact them.
They will give solid support even though there might not be much info in their site.
For Singapore you could try
www.skynethosting.net it has reseller hosting too

I doubt if they offer windows and linux hosting in a single plan.
I will have to buy two different plans separately according to most sites.

How do new resellers provide both windows and linux hosting?Is it because they use Hsphere?Or is it possible to buy two reseller accounts(1 of linux and 1 of windows) and then resell both from one WHMCS?
Or do they get a dedicated server and create vps for windows and linux ?
