Reseller Cluster Review - THEY DONT PAYOUT

Posted by bossbuild, 10-26-2011, 07:57 AM
do NOT use ResellerCluster - They have been stringing me along with commission payouts and are late paying out. They gave me a BS story about the guy that does payments being on holiday - When I asked them to explain why noone was covering his position in the company whilst on holiday I was simply ignored. Now they are ignoring me completely and owe me $311 USD!! Read these two tickets I submitted that have had no reply.....(well they were replying until they couldn't BS me anymore) TueOct 4 2011 7:29pm Hi, Hope you are all well? This is why it is best to wait for an answer on your ticket which has been escalated to our Billing department. Best Regards, Paul Allen Dedicated Support Team Supportindeed.com TueOct 25 2011 9:11pm Hi Paul, Still not had an update on this - Could you perhaps contact your colleague yourself and update me as necessary rather than just forwarding the message? As per your companies advice, ticket number 205829, I was expecting a payment of $311.37USD within the last 5 days (between 20th to 25th of October) It is now 20:06 25/10/2011 and I have still not received payment? I was also told by somebody on the telephone today "the guy that issues the payments is on holiday" - Surely if you knew he was going on holiday you would have got another person to cover his job so that affiliates are not receiving payments late? I would appreciate a response, especially as the original ticket I opened yesterday has yet to be answered. Best Regards, Peter Smith Dedicated Support Team Supportindeed.com WedOct 26 2011 9:40am Peter, did you not read anything I put in my previous message? You seem to have completely ignored everything I said and didn't answer any of my questions.... I liked ResellerCluster, In fact I've made you a few thousand dollars - I'd at least appreciate my commission to be payed on time or my questions to be answered - Please don't make me post this conversation on forums to show how you treat your resellers....!!! Kind Regards Spike Patching I've still not received my PayPal payment or a response - I've sold more than $2,500 USD of web hosting for them and this is how they treat me....... Absolutely appalling... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENTS - THEY DO NOT PAYOUT Anyway, hope that helps some of you avoid being scammed. Good Luck Resellers! Spike

I was thinking of joining them a few days ago.But I have changed my mind.

There's a few companies that do this, and from my experience this one seems to ignore you the most.

What did you expect? Its free, Spend some time researching and pay a decent price for a decent reseller plan.

Posted by Imthatguyhere, 10-28-2011, 02:55 PM
Well yes it's free but it's more like a affiliate program and they are all free.

Posted by hostoger, 10-28-2011, 06:07 PM
Theres a big difference between reseller and a affiliate program.

Hello, It appears that "bossbuild" forgot to update his negative post. The commission was released on 26th, exactly the same date this thread was opened. Wanted to keep everyone updated.

Hi guys, Many thanks for your replies and sorry I've been inactive. Had some time off! It was indeed reseller hosting and yes they did eventually make the payment, as they have mentioned above themselves - However, it wasn't until I had threatened them with a ton of negative press and showed them that I'm a member of around 100 forums, 30 of which are web hosting related, that they actually payed it to me. Yes it's free & the hosting itself is okay for the money, but your absolutely right hostoger I definitely wish I had spent some time researching. I've got a dedicated server with eUKhost who have been pretty good to me abd I've been looking at their reseller package. Ideally I want to have complete control over the website for SEO reasons, however I'm getting fibre optic broadband in the next 12 months so might just build my own servers, install linux & WHM/cPanel and do it myself =) Anyway, thanks again for your comments! Spike

I agree completely which is why in my opinion this is not a reseller program. He gets a commission on every sale where if he was reselling he would purchase a service and resell it to his customers. Thi site has a turnkey solution which allows you to brand everything. That doesn't make you a reseller.

Congratulations bossbuild for you finally getting your payment.Everyone of this forum should post if they have any experience with free reseller programs and everyone will be benefited.

Well if they actually payed you then its good then anything else, because you've spent a lot more time getting something up. congratulations for you.

I was trying to buy a domain registration from my reseller site threw paypal it was goin to take paypal to long to pay 3 days. So I bought it from godaddy. Then resellercluster. or (abbstractsoft) said they had registred it for me. How can they register a Domain if it isn't avaible. Then they closed my reseller site aggie-land.runhosting.com And I cant log into my reseller account. I have asked pay pal to get my money back. for the domain registration. This is the commission comfromation below. You have just made a new sale (Order Reference 261801) through Reseller Cluster reseller program. If you would like to learn more about the order, what is the amount of your commission or when and how it will be payable, please log into your account with your reseller username and password here: resellercluster.com Important: Each sale is being reviewed by our Sale Team prior approval. Sometimes an order may not pass fraud checks and is being canceled, which automatically cancel your reseller commission. Should you have any other questions do not hesitate to contact us by opening a trouble ticket from your reseller control panel, Support Center section. If you think this email was sent to you by mistake please inform us. Thank you for being part of our reseller hosting services!

This post is a disclaimer by Reseller Cluster regarding the case of the previous poster(post 09-24-2013, 01:41 PM). This isn't accurate. Here's what has really happened. 1.The user aggieland had a reseller account with resellercluster.com. He then created a regular hosting account and purchased a domain from his reseller account. 2. A PayPal dispute has been opened through the regular hosting account and the user has received his money back at our expense. 3. We have tried contacting the user regarding the matter without success. Naturally, the reseller account was blocked. The domain in question (bulduck.com) is registered with ENOM which is the domain registrar we work with. A WHOIS check: http://network-tools.com/default.asp...st=bulduck.com shows our tech contacts (AttractSoft GmbH owns ResellerCluster). Again, we've attempted to contact the user via phone, email and the PayPal dispute system with no response from him. The domain bulduck.com remains registered with us at our expense (as per ICANN rules, domain registrations are final and non-reversible) and we are ready to communicate with the reseller via our sales phone lines, chat or email (all available at resellercluster.com).

2. A PayPal dispute has been opened through the regular hosting account and the user has received his money back at our expense. 3. We have tried contacting the user regarding the matter without success. Naturally, the reseller account was blocked. 1. I have not recieved and refund into paypal I just checked the claim is still in dispute. 2 They have not tried to contact me in any form they have my email address phone and home address. 3 The domain was registred with godaddy several days before they could have tried to registred it. 4 They closed the reseller account before I filed a dispute with paypal. 5.And how can I sign into a account that I have no way to sign into. The reseller account has been closed and is no longer there to sign into.

You can see that my domain is indeed listed with godaddy at who.is/whois/bluduck.com any other listing is a fraudulent listing. AttractSoft GmbH, ResellerCluster, You have beed weighed, you have been measured, And You Have Been Found Wanting.

Finaly got my due refund to paypal from resellercluster attractSoft days after they said they had refunded my money and this is only because I filed a claim on them and extradited it as a scam site. Detail Below. We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor. We were able to recover $17.95 USD and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted. If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller. It is bad business to treat a customer in the way I was treated. Even as a reseller. Another thing is why would you delete a reseller account just because a customer wanted a refund not all customers are going to be happy with there program. This was the second time they deleted my account after I had made a sale. The first time I told them that I didnt care about the commission and still wanted to be a reseller of there products. They said okay and I could re-sign up and create another account. Are they just deleteing accounts after they make a sale so they can keep all the profits for themself I wonder.
