Bad Experience for eleven2 reseller hosting

Just a quick share about eleven2 I joined eleven2 reseller hosting since last march 2013. Until today i had so many downtime! they hosted my account at their chargers server. i have my personal pingdom stat account that show 92,44% uptime for april 2013 and 91,07% uptime from 1st may until today i need to get off from their service and claim my 60 days money back guarantee as soon as possible and get a best service from other company

Did you contact them about these downtimes? Did you ask them to change you to different node?

no i didn't...i am working in developing web interface, client side service, etc for now...the only one i need is a stable server on my first or second months.

The first thing needed was to contact them directly instead of starting this discussion thread. Asking them about that amount of downtimes. They can setup your account on a stable server?

You have stats? Provide them and then ask for explanation. It is far better. WHT is not their helpdesk anyway.

i just share my experience here, and don't thinking that they would answer my problem here anyway thanks for your idea, i have share my stat and ask for their explanation via their support email

They have a representative here, normally they reply to threads relates to their name

pandudata those uptime stats are atrocious, I'm sure they'll try to resolve this issue if you let them know about it. Sometimes a server will just become unstable, could be the result of a hard to diagnose hardware problem or just the specific users hosted on the box. Always best to contact your host directly and express your displeasure about frequent downtime.

You should contact them and discuss what can be done to the downtime. Hopefully a rep from eleven2 can address the situation here.

I know Andy from Eleven2 and surely the way they do business and treat there client's is actually top notch. If you don't want to open a ticket and let them know how do you expect to get something resolved? Contact them, They should help you..

Pandudata please open a support ticket with us and we can check this for you. We can either move you to a new server or resolve this issue. We monitor our servers 24/7 and are aware of any issues immediately. We have one server currently experiencing issues due to a major DDOS attack. I am guessing that is the server you are on. We are working to resolve that asap.

Good point made, the first line of contact should be Eleven2 not the other way around

May I know which server you are with them? I have the same problem with them. And for SLA, they won't honor, for server they don't monitor. they always response when customer findout for them and need to wait 2-3 hour to resolve. In may, I think they having problem for 2 weeks nows. Still not yet resolved. And the brilliant thing is they credit back one month. I was like you, didn't report, then they did't credit you back. Even if they credit you back, you can get 1 month credit which you waste so many time and get 1 month credit. Not only that ... when the solve problem you will never get ETA from them.

Wow.. I seriously got top notch treat from them. Site continuous down for 2 week .. and force move to VPS, then migration seem not fully compliance with Reseller hosting environment. And they told me with my 80 account (almost static web and only 10% have minor traffic which also not > 50 vistor a day) in their VS-100 is too much, and VS-100 is only design for 1 website hosting. Ask me move to VS-200. I wonder whether VS-200 is for 2 website hosting or not. Ask Andy, yes I do, he will tell you refer to Nick. And Nick will credit you 1 month credit and that all and continue giving your site down down and down...

my account was hosted on their chargers server...and you know what from the status i've read...the problem is still there! yesterday i have decide to move away from their service

I see they offer 99.9% uptime guarantee, is it only for the network or the VPS itself?

I also have hosting with them but through a master reseller I think everyday during backup schedule their server cpu go up to 50% and more for a very long time Frustrating but what can I do. <---- then decided to look for other reseller hosting...

if you want my advice, let it stay eleven2, change provider, I had to run away from eleven2, the sites were always slow and down, still many problems, it is not reliable.

During the site down you cant even move. That why im being force to upgrade to vps. But end up no much different. The differenr is the site not down, but the setting all go wrong then keep getting reply that is not their issue, When you do ticket, they not really read it to solve. But they simply give a solution which is not solve your problem to drag the time. Or creating more problem or event pointing that is not their issue. And one more funny thing is with them, if they solved the problem and u ask the reason of fix, they never answer you it seem like they not even going to admit is their issue. The reason why we ask the reason is to prevent future happen so can direct ask for help insteal of wait for a day or two to see the fix.
