I am in search of a good/reliable reseller hosting company:
* in the EU, or if in the US: has to be Safe Harbor compliant
* CPanel
* in business since 2004
Here is the ones that I have tried already:
* NameCheap.com: acceptable reliability, but not Safe Harbor compliant (they are not in a rush to become compliant)
* Atlantic.net: very good cloud hosting, but not Safe Harbor compliant (they don't seem to care about the compliance)
* Eleven2.com: good support, but not Safe Harbor compliant (I emailed them about that~)
* Hostdime.com and Hostdime.co.uk: disaster, overloaded servers~.
* JaguarPC.com: disaster, hours to transfer a CPanel account, not Safe Harbor compliant
I have heard on this forum about InnoHosting.com: would you recommend them?..

Yeah I know those guys, but they are pretty expensive, and you have to install CPanel over their panel. Thanks for the suggestion.

The tickets were looked after it was just the server going down too much often for our expected level.

We have joined Kualo.co.uk: they have good Resellers plans with servers in the UK, with the ability to upgrade to a Cloud server.
