Really bad experience with velocitycentral

My review on velocitycentral(dot)net: Really bad, poor service Do NOT waste your money on velocitycentral. I bought a reseller plan on 12/28/2012. they opened my reseller account 3 days later. and I found they failed to register my domain. I asked for a refund. The CEO & Founder -- James Grunshaw said: Sure, we can do a refund. You would need to create a cancellation request from your client area first. I cancelled my reseller plan. After 2 weeks, I asked about the refund, but they delete my support ticket. I asked again, they refused to reply. Later, they closed my back office area. Thus, I can not open any support ticket. Thanks for sharing, nothing hurts more than ignored. And what if (and it probably does) your business depends on these people? Maybe you can call then and look for your rights?

Hello all, Thank you to the above poster who wanted to hear the other side of the story. We are not prepared to disclose detailed information about this situation as we respect the privacy rights of the customer and our own rights. It was agreed that this be resolved privately, but it is obvious from this post that the OP has blatantly disregarded this. However, what we can say is that we do not respond to threats, blackmail or otherwise. Velocity Central is a legitimate hosting company in business since 2005. We have many satisfied customers and many more signup for our services each week. We have high levels of support and very high standards. Unfortunately, like in every grocery store, there are bad apples. I urge anybody that reads this review to strongly reconsider its validity. To anybody that doubts our services and wishes to try for themselves, please PM me directly and we will arrange a free trial for you. Thank you all for reading and do let us know if we can be of any assistance or if anybody has any questions.

James Grunshaw close my account and do not allow me to send support ticket to him. The only way is to chat online through his website. I ask the refund issue by chat online. He refused to refund me. This is a liar, be careful. He promised to give me refund before. Even worse, He banned my ip on his velocitycentral. I even can not talk online on his website. Here is the only place I can tell the truth. Why don't you reply me directly, James Grunshaw ?

As I said above, a refund was granted for you and all the details were sent to you about the refund. You chose to ignore it. You then went on a rampage and posted on about 25 different threads of ours. You were offered a replacement domain and account credit for the problems. You told us to register another domain for you and right at the very last second, you decided to cancel. Refund details were sent to you, please check it and deal with us direclty.

Also just to add, we have no issue refunding you and that was clearly sated to you. What we do have an issue with is verbal abuse toward myself and my staff. It will not be tollerated in my company. We do not play those games. To anybody that has read this thread, it would be wise to question the validity of the OP's comments. Your issue was handled directly by myself.
