sharper from resellerclub

i touch the sharper from resellerclub company
i had to invoice payable
after paid them Reject unlock my domains
and suffer with them 3 months ago
and always ignores any response
i want to make their complaint
where is this complaint?
how can I take my right of them
Please advise
