Does anyone have any experience with Datapipe? I'd like to know how fast they are at restoring crashed servers.

Datapipe is pretty much a rackspace-style company from what I've seen. So restoring crashed servers should be done very promptly. They have a very nice network and clued up staff.

I'd much rather read a first-hand account. I've dealt with several companies that claimed to be able to provide great support, but fell flat when faced with a real emergency.

I have no first-hand experience with DataPipe. However, i've spoken to the network admin and I can tell you that their equipment and methods are sound. They were one of the first adopters (that I know of) of RiverHead security appliances - you'd know them as CiscoGuard now that RiverHead has been acquired by Cisco. They were also given Netcraft's top uptime award for the second half of 2004 if i'm not mistaken.
