How is EZPZ?

Posted by davyuncle, 01-03-2013, 08:04 PM
Hello folks, I have been scouting about for a good reseller. I settled for EZPZ. I am a newbie and getting started. What I liked about them is that they can provide free end user support. Now that would really take a lot of headaches out from my side. I would like to ask, if anyone has long term experience with them and how is the 'Free end user support'? Although, I could not find a live chat, but I hear that they answer tickets really fast. My gut feeling is that they are professionals with a wide experience. I too would like to stay long term with one company, don't really like the idea of bouncing around. Thanks in advance for reading and replying to my post. Best

I've seen a number of reviews of their service posted on these forums - try run a search to see what you can find

I'm with them at the moment, not going to lie they answer my tickets extremely fast and when I set up end-user support and ran some fake tickets they answered just as fast too. They are a good host.

I have 2 VPS's and a reseller account with them... The truth of the matter is no host is perfect but with that said.... I have no complaints with EZPZ! Although it would be nice if their reseller accounts had more space/bandwidth. I rest good at night knowing my sites are in good hands. The support at EZPZ is second to none. Ive never had a host respond to me as fast as EZPZ does. Ive been with EZPZ over 2+ years and have no plans of leaving...

Thanks folks, I am beginning to feel great. I will sign up with them.

Scan the offers section you might hit on a few coupon codes as well Another provider you can take a look at is InnoHosting.

EZPZ is a reliable hosting company. I only saw good revies regarding them. As for end-user support, is always best that you take care of your own clients.

So far I'm positively impressed by the support I've been getting from EZPZ. Very fast responses. Haven't tried them for end-customer support yet though.

More space and BW....maybe you ask for free then

EZPZ is reliable one. I'm using and found their service and support great. (Y)

Posted by Losvre, 01-05-2013, 08:14 AM
I think the reliability is as good as with other providers. Where they shine is their support response times, the patience they have and good resources given to accounts (not 100% sure for this). What I don't like is that sometimes the servers can slow down, momentarily though.

I had them once for a short time. Had to get a refund because I just wasn't ready to be a reseller. Was a really pleasant experience. If they are the same as before, would definitely recommend.

Most providers offer 30 days money back guarantee. If things do not work out, you can ask for a full refund.

I signed up for EZPZ a few hours ago and the service is just AMAZING. I get ticket responses in like three minutes.

Posted by davyuncle, 01-08-2013, 05:36 PM
I finally signed with EZPZ this morning. Had a small issue and they sorted it out quickly. I found my sites loading fast etc, I guess because they use Litespeed. I have never used LiteSpeed before. I feel impressed. I thought Nginx was fast, but feels superfast. So far so good. I will do a review after 6 months and then a year. I have a strong feeling that I am going to stick with them for a long long time. Thanks folks for all your responses. Really appreciate it. Cheers

1 word - BAD!

Posted by imtiax, 01-11-2013, 05:30 PM
How's it bad? You need to justify your statement, I've been using them for about a week now and so far so good. No issues, quick ticket replys.

i saw 2 ddos attacks in 6 months and sites were down for these periods besides my website advertising revenue loss, in second attack some of my sites went down for another time manner because of wp configuration needs. and also ip change + downtimes caused my adsense cpc decreased 90%. i am still with them because i have no time to spend with hosting research/ transfer processes

Posted by Dan_EZPZ, 01-11-2013, 05:52 PM
What domain do you have with us kocaarsian so I can take a look at your account? No changes made by us would have resulted in any changes to your Wordpress config but we did suffer a couple of DDoS attacks. Each time the targeted site was removed from the network.

Posted by kocaarslan, 01-11-2013, 05:58 PM
it was always my server down now everything seems ok but i have to wait for a time to google to give back my sites reputation for high cpc's and higher search result positions theres nothing to do for it, also i can not go out cause i have just paid for another 6 months period just before ddos

Posted by kocaarslan, 01-11-2013, 06:50 PM
justify? i think its a law jargon and you seemed too much an advocate of them in just a few days "so far so good." lyrics? also an artist! so just checked all other posts here lets see is it really a question or a compliment? i may be wrong but this post and the new members imtiax and davyuncle seemed too much optimistic in the same topic its ok EZPZ may experience ddos problems its another discussion topic but also not so far better than any other one doing this job, just keep cool

DDoS (UDP) can't be mitigated. The only way to mitigate it is to change the IP's. So, none is above of it.

Posted by ddosguru, 01-12-2013, 12:04 AM
Why can't UDP be mitigated?

Posted by Mahfuz-SS-EHL, 01-12-2013, 01:59 AM
We can't track down a UDP Attack to a specific account as we can't find the target. However, UDP is only used for DNS information and websites are served using a different protocol. This means we can limit the incoming UDP traffic to a fairly low level at the router, stopping it from hitting the server.

I have been using them for 4 months now. I use paid outsourced support instead of End User Support.

Posted by Mahfuz-SS-EHL, 01-12-2013, 07:25 AM
I didn't use their End User Support as I need to provide support for my clients in Bengali Language. I have time to reply them so I don't depend on anybody else.

Posted by ilovetheheat, 01-12-2013, 11:35 AM
Ive been with them 2+ years and I'm not going anywhere. I love them. I have 2 VPS's and one reseller account with reseller account with them.

Posted by YDomer, 01-12-2013, 12:19 PM
I think this needs some clarification, do you mean that you cannot mitigate UDP, or in general?

Posted by Dan_EZPZ, 01-13-2013, 03:09 PM
UDP can be mitigated or ratelimited, it's just almost impossible to find the domain being targeted if it's on a shared IP, making it very hard to permanently resolve it.

EZPZ are great, They will always look after you what ever your needs. Dan and the team do such a good job.

I am currently looking for a webhost reseller, to be honest I am attracted to EZPZ for their end-user support and their unlimited bw + space plans. However, I've been warned to stay away from these "turn-key" reseller programs as they offer no space for personal training. I was instead directed towards hostgator.

Posted by Mahfuz-SS-EHL, 01-16-2013, 12:06 AM
EZPZ with unlimited bw & space plan ?? :O Where did you get this ?? Can you give us the link, plz ??

Posted by Losvre, 01-16-2013, 07:04 AM
They certainly have no unlimited plans. I htink you will be better off with EZPZ than with Hostgator. There are also a few more good reseller providers such as EZPZ, just take some time and look into the forum for reviews

Posted by hasel, 01-18-2013, 10:29 AM
lol. dont blame the newbie! EZPZ isn't turnkey as well. Nothing you gave was even near the truth.
