We're using KVM virtualization for our vps clients and recently came across proxmox opensource vps control panel. Its look is really neat and attractive to us. We want to use proxmox for its easy and flexible approach in order to manage KVM hypervisors for our clients in production. Should we use proxmox for our production clients ? Is it stable ?

But make sure you have enough technical knowledge to manage it and apply any solution based on their docs if you find any issue on the way. That is because you will have support from their community primarily to help you. Otherwise you will have to find someone to manage the server to fix issues.
