error in mysql log after upgrade to 5.6

2015-06-13 15:32:55 83981b90 InnoDB: Error: Table "mysql"."innodb_table_stats" not found.
2015-06-13 15:32:55 83981b90 InnoDB: Error: Fetch of persistent statistics requested for table "istardoo_DB"."q8xm4_template_styles" but the required system tables mysql.innodb_table_stats and mysql.innodb_index_stats are not present or have unexpected structure. Using transient stats instead.
Server upgraded from 5.0 to 5.6
How can i fix this problem?

You have done a major upgrade directly from 5.0 to 5.6, instead you should have done it step by step. Because there has been major shift in gear from the 5.0 to new 5.6 one.
Try the link provided in previous reply and if you still don't get this sorted, I think you should be hiring a professional admin to get it fixed the proper way.
