mod_security help needed (Execution failed while reading output)

I am seeing following errors in the apache error_log:-
[Tue Apr 28 04:24:54 2015] [error] [client 46.118.119.63] ModSecurity: Exec: Execution failed while reading output: /usr/sbin/realuploadscan (End of file found) [hostname "www.mysite.com"] [uri "/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php"] [unique_id "VT9R5sxdo3wADMJRVLgAAAAj"]
Does any one know how to fix this?.

Any idea whats happening here?. Its a cpanel server.

ModSecurity is blocking the connection made by the file considering it may be an attack according to the modsecurity rule. Check the modsecurity audit logs to see which rule exactly is causing this.
Also, check what file is being uploaded properly.

Are you using some plugin to scan uploads? If yes, you should probably check whether the file realuploadscan is in order or not.

Thank you for your update. From the logs I can see that the script is working fine for some exploited scripts, however for others it produced the above error.
