innohosting support slowly

one is down over 8 hours.
i sumbit two ticket but no one help me.
anyone have this situation ?

I have located your ticket.
You opened a ticket at 9.10am and we responded at 9.29am (19 minutes). Why are you saying nobody is helping you when we have responded to the ticket already?
I don't call that slow. There is a server down with a hard drive issue (main partition went missing). This is a RAID10 server.
However your server is not affected and is online as we speak?
