innohosting support slowly

i have some reseller in innohosting. one is down over 8 hours. i sumbit two ticket but no one help me. anyone have this situation ?

i think ticket is the best way contact innohosting. but so disappoint.

Did you submit both tickets to their technical support department? They also offer live chat if you'd prefer to do that over calling them: https://support.innohosting.com/

Hello, I have located your ticket. You opened a ticket at 9.10am and we responded at 9.29am (19 minutes). Why are you saying nobody is helping you when we have responded to the ticket already? I don't call that slow. There is a server down with a hard drive issue (main partition went missing). This is a RAID10 server. However your server is not affected and is online as we speak?

Sometime this may be lead by local ISP connection problem. This goes same to alot of other user. When if you encounter such error when to do a check using a online 3rd party monitor service to check
