Rackspace issues - L3 outage in the UK

Rackspace are having issue aagain, insane packet loss for customers in the UK connecting to their hosted exchange... this time though they are saying it is not their fault but an issue with L3 routing in the UK. Where could i get an 3rd party dashboard/status/announcement showing an issue so i can show this to my customers please?

Many thanks, should have clarified if we could find who the "major international ISP" is and show their status
