Unable to access my server (Last Up:23/09/2009 15:36:48 UTC), customer.netdirekt.de, and www.netdirekt.de

They do not appear to be "down"
I'm able to get to both customer.netdirekt.de, and www.netdirekt.de
and multiple Level3 Looking Glass locations confirm they are up:

It seems there is a connectivity issue because the Dallas monitoring server as well as pinging from LA and Chicago servers show it is up but the Munich monitoring server shows it is down as well as pinging from UK and AU servers. At this time just www.netdirekt.de is replying pings from all locations.

As far as I know, this was not a planned downtime, as I have not received any downtime notification message, or anything in the newsletter.
We should just hope that the issue gets fixed asap.

It is definately connectivity issue on DC side. We could that most location not accessible from/to DC.

From Canada it is not accessible.
From Turkey it is not accessible.
From Germany it is not accessible.
However from Netdirekt those servers are accessible, so its not a power issue. It is pure connectivity issues, and my guess would be that its a transit issue, because people from the US and India so far can access.

Yes it is down (starting 9/24/2009 9:56 AM UTC) and this time it seems a global issue as there is no access from our US monitoring server too.

I have experience with hundreds of providers / DCs. Netdirekt is one of the best providers of the world in its class. IMO your customers made a mistake -- hardly they will find another provider better than Netdirekt regarding uptime and connectivity.
