Turnkey Internet Ticket Response time?

Hi there, I've been with TurnkeyInternet for a bit, and never had any issues. Silly me set up a bunch of cron jobs not realizing they suck up a lot of resource. Thus they suspended my reseller. I wrote them back within minutes of their ticket to me explaining what I had done not realizing it caused an issue (had them set for 2x a day) and asking for them to let me fix the situation, however no one has replied in over 13 hours and my sites have been down for that long. Anyways, I read that they respond in 4 hours...

I've been with them for sometime, and never had an issue. Thanks to Nick for getting back to me and straightening it all out. They are a host I recommend this was not the norm for them.

In some issue, only the head admin can take decision, thus can take longer action time.

They may agree with you and unsuspend your service with them. I've read many great reviews about this company so hopefully they can make your day and respond soon with something you want to hear from them. Good luck with your business with them and hope all goes well. Please do give us an update on your situation with them.
