Would you like the same host to provide windows and linux hosting? Do you have any other requirements such as space/bandwidth/control panel and what is your budget? If you are looking for a whitelabel service(i.e. customers will not know you are reselling) look for web hosting companies who offer anonymous hostnames and you will be able to setup private nameservers yourself. If you haven't already check out the offers section: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=130

Please have a look at the Reseller Hosting Offers here in WHT. There are many good offers which meet your requirement. Some of them have many great reviews here. Do search and decide.

Most host just offer Linux hosting as it is much more stable and cheaper. What is your budget? Disk space ect or are you just looking for company's just to compare. - Ashton

Reliable" and "master reseller hosting" are not two terms I'd generally associate with one another. I have to be honest and say it's not something I've ever seen on Windows either. Why not start out small with shared hosting only? It would give you a chance to learn with a bit more risk, and hopefully picking a provider that won't cause you issues (e.g. lots of downtime!).

If you've been in business for 3 years, surely you've grown to the point where you could get a dedicated server, or even a VPS, to provide your own proper reseller hosting?

Get an Alpha account so you can sell Master accounts on down. You will have clients that will want to upgrade their existing reseller accounts to Masters. This way you can keep the business and even charge more per month rather then loosing the client to another host that does offer what your client wants. The higher level you offer, the less competition you will have.

You can search for alpha or master reseller. Or after all, you purchase for a whitelabel reseller, setup private nameservers, ask provider to change SOA record (check your domain first at intodns.com).
