Which one would you recommend or have you had a bad experience with one of them...if there are any other good offshore resellers please tell me

For $30 though you shouldn't have any trouble finding a plan with 5 GB.
Oh, and cross Exaxo off your list, they use a nulled WHMCS as per this article on Shameless hosts.

The only reason I can think of is to avoid DMCA, in which case while I don't think you should go around breaking the law, I'll warn you that more and more countries are creating Dmca-like laws. Bandwidth in the few countries that don't respond is obscenely expensive so be prepared to pay through the nose - and, lastly, do your research, many hosts say they are offshore and then their servers are in the US/UK.

| Posted by DeluxeHost, 11-23-2011, 08:55 PM | | I used to use an offshore reseller at ServeDome.com and they had good costs and good customer service. I think they are in Singapore. Offshore hosts get hacked more than other hosts and ServeDome's no exception, they sometimes go down.
