Just had a client's VPS go kaboom. Looking to migrate them to something a little more cost effective so we can drop the control panel license.
I need the following as bare minimum.

I will be signing up within 24 hours or less! My budget is $10-$20/month w/ no setup fees.
Need the following:
WHM Reseller Account
Unlimited cPanel accounts
Overselling Enabled
Package Creation
Unlimited Features (email, mysql, etc.)
Fantastico or other one-click script
Private name server (ns1.my-domain.com)
Private Label (no hosting provider logos, etc. on cPanel/WHM)
Ability to restore cPanel backups (from previous host)
E-mail or Ticket Support minimum
Located in the USA (or at least servers in the USA!)

Your other requirements are fairly standard so you shouldn't have a problem transferring in next 24 hours.

As long as you don't require a ridiculous amount of space/bandwidth, a lot of hosts will be able to meet you requirements. Many will also transfer your accounts across for you.

If you really need TRUE 10GB/100GB of storage/transfer that you can actually use then you may need to increase your budget a little more.
Is 10GB storage what you're actually using at the moment or are you just saying 10GB so you don't have to upgrade for awhile, if the latter it'd be best to get plan with the storage you need and when you need more storage upgrade and pay for it. You should receive realistic quota/price and get a better overall service then.

So you should have no problems finding something around your budget. Also, keep in mind that there is no such thing as unlimited anything (just because its advertised that way, doesn't mean that its true, everything has limits).

I prefer to know my exact quota so I can use 100% of it should I want/need it. Unlimited can be worse that non-limited.
Non-limited plans for the win.
10GB storage and 100GB transfer alone is too much for just $10. Looking at $15-$30. Then you have to make sure you receive excellent uptime and good support.
A budget of $40-$50 is good for a Reseller account with average storage and transfer.

Find a host that will have excellent support and great uptime. There's nothing worse having downtime not being able to get it sorted. You would also need back-up. Most hosts offer back-ups.
