OKay, this is really upsetting they said that their Tech response time is one hour but it has been 4 to 6 hours and i have gotten any response from them i order with them and everything is okay but the end user support takes up to 24hours and it has been more then 24hours and all they say is we are working on it. it will done soon i have been waiting from 10am (my time) untill now 7.40Opm I am very unhappy about this. i have submitted a ticket to their billing department requesting for a refund. and Guys, Skynethosting service was okay really. but its slow like a snail! so stay away from them, or if you like slow support then stick to them Thanks, i will give you guys an update about the refund Note I mean no harm to this company. this company is not bad its just slow and steve if you are reading this then i am so sorry Last edited by PowerBox16; 11-20-2011 at 07:51 AM.

Sorry to hear your experience with them. I'm sure that they have representative here to clear your issues as we have not hear from the other side of the story.

What was the issue that you submitted your ticket about? You have mentioned that they have replied saying they are working on it so maybe it is an issue that takes longer to deal with.

Yes I understand that you have been waiting long but what was the support issue? A ticket about your site being down and taking over 24 hours to resolve is a completely different issue to a billing request taking over 24 hours. Would help potential customers if you provide a bit more information on the issue.

my site was never down. it was the user end support helpdesk.. they said their working n it and are configuring it but it has been a very long time!

There's only one technical support request from you and that ticket is replied and resolved as follows; IIJ-216-89942 - full Restore backup - Account Transfer Request (Technical Support) Response Times: 1st Reply: 54 Minutes 2nd Reply: 23 Minutes (Resolved) I think what you are saying here is misleading the WHT users and our potential customers. Let me explain in detail. Our End User Support Response Time is NOT 24 hours, most of the time we reply instantly. What you have done is requested us to INSTALL and CONFIGURE help desk software on yourdomain.Com. The Software installations and configurations are not covered with our 1 hour response time guarantee. On the other hand we have clearly mentioned on our web site that client Help Desk install and configurations take 24 hours.

No. It was a request to install and configure help desk software on his own domain. Yes it took slightly over 24 hours (We have mentioned him upfront that help desk installs takes 24 hours) but we have kept him updated every few hours over the ticket and via Live Chat regarding the progress. Even most of his Billing Issues were replied within 1 hour even though we only offer 1 hour response time for technical issues. As soon as the help desk install was completed there's another ticket from you DEMANDING us to integrate the help desk with WHMCS overriding the WHMCS default support module in 8 HOURS. Sure, we are more than happy to do these things for our reseller's but certainly we are not in a position to do these things in such time frames. If you are continuously unhappy with these software installation turn around times and want to get them done within few hours I think its best to go with a company that offer software installations in few hours, in that case we are more than happy to issue a full refund and you can still keep the free reseller template with coding ($300 Value), $50 2CO credit and the Customized WHMCS Theme that we offered with our reseller plan purchase.

i am still here. and you may say that i DEMANDING. (i agree on this one) but you can imagine that i have been waiting for the helpdesk to get it configured from 10am to 9.30pm and it has been more then 24hours sir i am not trying to be rude. sir. i was never and ever trying to be. also your one hour response time is not vaild sir
