problem in come up sites

I have a virtual server
Who are all dedicated resources, all services are running,
My site does not come up occasionally, 3 minutes.
again, not a mere 3 minutes back up sites.
when i restart my httpd in server all sites come up,
3 minutes again my sites not open,
Also, my operating system is centos 6.3 version
please help me.

There is possibility that something has been misconfigured on your server, which is causing this. You have to check the http error logs to get a clear picture of this.
OR
You may be having some process that is causing the apache to stuck. Please check process list when the sites are down to see if you see any apache processes in it.
