I am from Syria so i need a company that have no problem with that, and to have RVsitebuilder with the package... it would be Better if they offer Widows in the same package (it is not A must) it is an advantage to me...
tha space is not matter 5 to 10G Disk Space will be good for me as a start

While the US government would like that, I doubt there's any chance of it happening.

For example, cPanel sells to us. We are their client/customer. We are the ones that they will deal with. As long as we are legal, they have no problem with it. Whoever we deal with is our problem not their problem anymore.
So with that said, any country that does not have a problem Syria has no problem setting up a Reseller Account for you. That's a fact!
