Local traffic encryption/security for home user

Hi WHT, Long time no see. My trashy government has decided to start spying/directly sniffing all of the home ISP traffic starting since new year. Besides socks, vpn that would mask my IP that I don't really want/need to be masked, my question is how can I locally protect my internet without re-routing traffic to 3rd party server? My goal is to have something like cloudflare, but locally, something like SSL that would ENCRYPT all of the traffic at one point, so no trash would be able to directly snif what ever they feel like. I have a mikrotik router with console that leads to W8 PC, how/what would you advice to setup to prevent this pathetic attack attempt and not make them see anything in my traffic. Kind regards, Kuri
