SolusVM - Creating OpenVZ VM gives weird results
Posted by SAHostKing, 12-20-2014, 03:14 PM | When creating a 25GB ploop VM I seem to get 13GB as per below:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/simfs 13G 11G 778M 94% /
none 512M 4.0K 512M 1% /dev
The plan has 25GB set.
Also it shows "/dev/simfs" but it is definitely ploop as per:
[root@vz01 vz]# ploop list
ploop13216 /vz/private/130/root.hdd/root.hdd
Also vz conf file shows this for the VM:
# Disk quota parameters (in form of softlimit:hardlimit)
#DISKSPACE="50G:50G"
#DISKINODES="1073741824:1073741824"
#DISKSPACE="26214400:26214400"
#DISKINODES="13107200:13107200"
QUOTATIME="0"
# CPU fair scheduler parameter
CPUUNITS="1000"
VE_ROOT="/vz/root/$VEID"
VE_PRIVATE="/vz/private/$VEID"
OSTEMPLATE="centos-6-cpanelcsf"
ORIGIN_SAMPLE="vswap-solus"
NAMESERVER="8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4"
QUOTAUGIDLIMIT="9223372036854775807"
IOPRIO="4"
CPULIMIT="100"
CPUS="1"
AVNUMPROC="unlimited"
NETFILTER="full"
DISKSPACE="26214400:26214400"
DISKINODES="13107200:13107200"
I assume it's the last 2 lines but where is it getting this from?
How do I fix this? Something is just not right

What does the following output :
vzlist -o smart_name,diskspace.h,diskspace
vzlist -o smart_name,diskinodes.h,diskinodes
Also how much free space do you have on the /vz partition?
