If you wish to provide free hosting from a reseller account you must check the TOS of the provider as some providers dont allow you to offer free hosting due to abuse problems, etc

Many of the webhosting provider does not allow to provide free webhosting. So, you should read TOS before you signup with any company and I suggest you to take a look at offers section. This will help you to decide your provider.

Do you expect to make any money from providing free hosting? I'm pretty sure free hosting will cost you money and time but nothing back beside helping some people to have free hosting! It's fantastic if they use free hosting for good purpose but many use free hosting for spam, hack, phishing ...

wow, it means that you are providing free hosting service?

This will not increase your post. Always post a meaningful post and I also suggest you to take a look up at forum Rules as you are new to this forum.

Whats your expectation from your free hosting users? I also provide free hosting to my forum members just to keep them active. And be careful about the space and bandwidth uses of your free hosting users. My suggestion, don't provide more then 1GB space and 10GB monthly transfer to ensure better service.

If your going to offer free hosting make sure your provider dose not restrict it in there ToS ( terms of service) most hosts do this because of abuse problems. I also hope you don't expect and money coming from this but lots of time and money thrown away into free hosting for people.

I did a bit of free hosting hoping to get clients as they upgraded but it don't work with in a week I had hack city on my server. Had to dump the hole thing quickly so if you plan to provide free hosting be prepared to drop everything and run....

You could give out demo packages and then have them upgrade to paid package. demo package 1GB disk space 5GB bandwidth? for like 15 days then they have to upgrade.

Free Hosting arent that bad at all for a first timer to test out Cpanel and etc. But check with your hosting TOS they might not allow you to set up free hosting as it will use a lot of resources and spams from your clients. If you really wants to provide free hosting service, get either VPS or Dedicated hosting service but again check the hosting TOS or send them a support sales ticket

There is a Report button that you can use to bring this to a moderators attention to take action, if necessary. Feel free to use it, rather then publicly trying to act in a moderators capacity.

I think I already did this and I am not acting as a mod. Suggesting to read forum rules does not means I am acting as a mod.

There are few things you want to consider: 1. Would you be offering permanent free web hosting or free trial? 2. Would you allow all free hosting clients to use mysql, emails, php, etc? 3. Disk and bandwidth must be definitely restricted. (less then 1GB of disk and 100GB of bandwidth for sure) 4. Would you be support 24/7? phone support? 5.. I can only see some advantages in offering free web hosting services when you ask the client to locate your banner or link. no others so far.... Any feedback? You should be using your own dedicated server or at least a VPS to offer free hosting services.

There are some large web hosting companies who let you start offering free web hosting with branded name servers and with the feature rich control panel, i would suggest you to use that as they also provide you to place your own advertisement text/image code at the bottom of every page uploaded under your free account holder, it just need to buy a top level domain and start offering the free web hosting, just google the keyword "byethost"...

Thats not a good idea, i mean providing free hosting with reseller account, reseller provider can suspend the whole reseller due to abuse of too many accounts, think once your reseller account is suspended, good positive accounts would be also suspended, think about company reputation etc
