Do I have a blacklisted ip?

173.242.125.181
My email has been getting bounced due to blacklisted ip.
The provider is disagreeing with me.
I used this link -> http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.a...73.242.125.181 to test.
to check for blacklisting. It shows up twice as blacklisted yet they say it is clean..
Check it and publish your results or opinion.

The IP range 173.242.112.0/20 is listed.
Looks like they are using VolumeDrive servers. PLUS you don't have reverse dns, which will affect email deliverability.
