erverConnect.se / Servainet.com servers Down?

I cant connect to any of my dedicated servers(6 of them) at serverconnect but their site is working fine. They are not responding to support tickets or picking up the phone. Anyone else know any information? PS. The topic is wrong its Serverconnect.se

It was a ups problem , its back stable now. It was a big request from over 500 customers then this problem was so it take time to answer all questions. regards, Peter Servainet.com
