What is going on with Gazzin.

Tonight I noticed that every website that uses sql is down. I go to Gazzin, and they have changed their ticket system so that it will not allow you to submit a trouble ticket. I emailed their service department no less than 3 times with no response. All of my blogs and customer blogs are totally down. I tried using their live chat, but I am getting no where. There is an extremely urgent situation. There is no real way to communicate with them right now. I have been with Gazzin for years but I may have to switch if this is the way they are going to do their service now. This is an urgent emergency.

I wanted to follow up, I found another link on their webpage that is supposed to go to support, it uses an on screen form, I submitted my issues on there, plus I even called their 626 phone number which went to voicemail. Meanwhile all of my sql sites and my customer sql sites have been down all night. This should be a simple fix to re-enable sql services on the server, but their support is missing in action.

Hi, We are in the process of revamping our support desk along with our infrastructure. We do apologize for the issue but expect a better response in the future. As a side note we are migrating all current clients to a cloud environment to ensure stability and its ability to grow into the account as needed.

I am back up and I do appreciate the private message. You guys have been very good in the past, this morning I assume will be a glitch that will not happen all of the time. I hope you fix the ticket submission system asap! Norm

Glad to hear everything got resolved for you, I will say however that one thing that concerns me is that they did not bother to notify any of their clients about these changes and allowed your site to be down for several days (definitely not the best way of doing business). Anyway, keep us posted and let us know how things progress.
