Seems like there is no review about them on WHT. If you were to scroll down, there is only 2 person asked a review or testimonial about them.

From what I can tell, noone around WHT uses them. You might be better off taking a look at the Reseller Hosting Offers forum, which can be found here!

Just because the WHT community doesn't have a review of the company doesn't mean that reviews cease to exist. I'd have to say Google is your best resource for reviews. It will list every review that WHT has, along with reviews that have been posted elsewhere. Don't not use the company because no one here has heard of them. I would whois the domain, see how old it is. See if there is a contact phone number. Try and see if it's a registered company. Your best bet is to get in contact with the said company. Drill them with questions. Ask about server specs, read through the terms of service and ask questions you have about that. Ask them the average load on the servers. You want to get snappy answers to all these questions, if they tell you to hold then the support doesn't know the company well enough to actually support you! I recommend other users of WHT to list more questions to ask as it would be nice to know what this company is all about for future reference.

I think it is no a real company. Because I could not see their company information(business address, phone etc.) on their web site. It is untrustworthy.

Not to sound rude, but I wouldn't necessarily say that's true either. Or I would have to comment that your company "is not a real company" because I cannot see your company information (bus. address, phone, etc.) on your website. Am I then to conclude your are untrustworthy? There could be multiple reasons why a company wouldn't publicly announce their information.

Our web site is member of a hosting company. You can see the name and the logo of it on our payment page or whois info. If you look at the web site of this hosting company when you can see our address, phone, registered number etc. Hosting companies must publish their business information on their web site legally. What is the reason of they cannot do it? And why other reliable hosting providers can be public these information?

You'd be surprised how many shill reviews are out there. Most reviews sites and even forums are not very closely watched.

You are right Dan. My advice to the OP (as it seems he clearly wasn't going to go with this company anyway (and thank you for bringing the name of it to this forum for future reference to other users)) is that you should search for a different host. Find one with reviews and go with your gut.

The domain name is live from more than 9 years (from 2001-whois), But there aren't any reviews about them in WHT...You can try them for a month if you really want to test them.

If they offer a money back policy theres no harm done in trying them out for one month.

I have not heard of them but given the time the domain had been registered Id say it might be worth testing them out. I would suggest going with a host that has some feedback though.

In my opinion every website that is selling products or services over the internet should be required to fully disclose their contact information clearly visible on the website. Tom Tomson
